Caldo Tlalpeño: A chicken soup made out of tomatillo, cilantro, chicken, chile chipotle, vegetables and masa (tortilla dough) balls.
Sopa de avena: Soup made out of oats and dry chiles garnished with apple.
Sopa de tortilla: Soup made out of dry chiles, tomatoes, onion and garlic, garnished with tortillas, cheese, cream, avocado and chile pasilla.
Sopa de rajas de chile poblano: Soup made out of poblano chile strips, potatoes and masa (tortilla dough) balls.
Sopa de lentejas: Soup made out of lentils, dry chiles, fruit, and chorizo (sausage).
Crema de lentejas: Soup made out of blended and strained lentils cooked with oregano.
Sopa de haba: Soup made out of dry fava (lima) beans cooked with tomatoes, onion, garlic, and garnished with chile pasilla.
Sopa de nopales: Soup made out of cactus pads and egg. Cooked with tomatoes, onion and garlic juices.
Sopa seca de fideo: Dry noodle soup, garnished with chipotle adobado chile and cream.
Sopa de fideo en caldo de frijol: Noodle in a tomato chile ancho and bean broth.
Sopa Tarasca: Black bean soup, garnished with tortillas, Mexican cream, cheese and avocado.
Sopa de pasta a la Mexicana: Pasta soup in a tomato, onion and garlic juice.
Crema de chayote: Smooth and creamy vegetable pear soup (the vegetable is pear shaped).
Gazpacho: This is the only dish that is not a traditional Mexican soup; it is a Spanish soup. It is made out of fresh tomatoes, vinegar, and garlic, garnished with croutons, cucumber, onion, and avocado.
